Here at Fireplace United we accept an array of challenges regarding your fire needs. Just to name a few; need someone to get on your 40 foot Chimney? We come with a truck full of ladders. Need an old Fireplace pulled out and a new one put in? We come with drop cloths. Need a gas line run through your yard? We come with shovels. We're always up for the challenge!
Masonry Insert Remodel
Lewis and his right hand Brian went down to Charlotte for a routine remodel of an old masonry fireplace. The homeowners wanted something easier to fire up due to the hassle of chopping wood at a ripe age. When Lewis left the couple couldn't have been happier with their new addition!
Outdoor Wood Burner Remodel
We found ourselves in SC with this one! We sent 3 of our guys down to remove a stone surround and replace the existing unit with a big ole' unit. Although we usually do not do stone work, we are completely capable of it! We opened up the wall and slid a Castlewood series Wood Burner into the opened framing, the builder then took care of the finished stone work.
Full Gas Fireplace Home Addition
Another Lewis and Brian special. They framed, ran a gas line, installed, and bricked a beautiful Majestic Fireplace into this couples home. Our guys are here to provide top-notch service to the Carolinas, and we carry ourselves that way. With the combined experience of our installers we are capable of multi-trade jobs just like this one!
Grill Island Extension
We had a few of our guys run gas, frame, install, and brick this beautiful backyard addition! We hope to provide you with a similar service of the same quality. Our customer received top tier service all for a competitive price!
Chimney Pots, Caps, and Shrouds
We have an extensive selection of chimney shroud options ranging from minimalist to detail in every inch. Allen (the owners eldest son) is usually our go-to guy for shroud installations, but some roofs are just too dangerous to scale as a duo. Lewis is also highly skilled on a roof and with him a team of 3 can reach any rooftop peak! Here's just a few of our recent works.
(Pictured to the left) Allen carefully screws in the far side screws to secure the cap to the chimney. I was standing in the plateau directly beneath it with the rest of our tools.
Our two service techs Jimmy and Weber take care of all service and the majority of log installation. Jimmy is a master at his craft and has since taught Weber the business. Our Gas Log selection is accommodating and our manufacturers provide excellent quality products. Your guests won't know it's not real!
